Introduction

The following terms and conditions oversee the relationship between SPK Pharma Ltd trading as Menschem.co.uk and you, the patient.

Expressions

  • You and Your refer to yourself as the patient and customer.
  • Us, we and our refer to Menschem.co.uk operated by SPK Pharma Ltd.

Regulatory Information

  • SPK Pharma Ltd’s GPhC premises registration number: 9011908
  • Superintendent Pharmacist: Mr Shailen Karia (Reg No. 2078740)
  • All pharmacists providing services are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and hold appropriate annotations for the services they provide.

Service

Menschem.co.uk is an online pharmacy registered with the MHRA and GPhC to supply medicines and services through our website. Medicines are dispatched from our registered pharmacy premises. Prescriptions are issued by specially trained prescribing pharmacists after reviewing your online consultation to ensure the medication requested is suitable for you. If approved, the medication will be dispensed and posted discreetly via Royal Mail Signed For delivery.

Pricing

You pay what you see. Menschem.co.uk does not charge hidden costs such as prescription fees or postage charges.

Price comparisons with competitors are conducted on a like-for-like basis, including any additional charges they may apply.

Generic Treatments

If purchasing a generic treatment we cannot guarantee which manufacturer will supply the medication as we use a range of pharmaceutical wholesalers. If you prefer a particular manufacturer (e.g. Teva or Accord) please specify this in the Customer Notes section when placing your order. Branded items will always be supplied as the brand purchased.

Expiry of Medication

Where possible we provide medication with a long expiry date (normally 12 months or more). However pharmacies are required to supply medicines with at least 6 months expiry. If we can only source medication with less than 6 months expiry we will contact you before dispatch.

Vertica Sales

By purchasing Vertica you agree that Menschem Pharmacy may share your details with Ohh-med Medical Ltd so they can contact you to arrange a training call and provide aftercare support.

Voucher Codes

  • Voucher codes must be entered into the Coupon Code box on the basket page.
  • Only one voucher code can be used per order.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Minimum spend requirements may apply.
  • Offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Cash Rewards With Super Payments

Super Payments, a third-party payment provider, may offer cashback rewards for using their service. These rewards are administered by Super Payments. Menschem.co.uk is not responsible for reimbursing or compensating customers if they are unable to claim these rewards. If you experience issues claiming rewards you should contact Super Payments directly.

Refer a Friend

If you choose to refer a friend for a PayPal incentive we will pass your details to ReferralCandy who manage the referral program. They will send you a referral link. Once your referred friend completes a purchase the incentive will be paid within 30 days via ReferralCandy.

Informing Your GP

We recommend informing your GP about any treatments initiated through our service. This ensures any future medications prescribed will not interact with treatments supplied by us. If you ask us to inform your GP you must provide accurate GP contact details.

Customer Age Verification

As a registered pharmacy we must verify patient identity and age. We use LexisNexis to verify address and age. This check does not affect your credit rating.

If verification fails we may request photo ID such as a passport or driving licence. If we cannot verify your identity the order will be refunded. Where false identification is used to bypass checks we may deduct £5 from the refund to cover additional verification costs.

Orders must be placed for yourself. We do not accept orders placed on behalf of another person.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Opayo (formerly SagePay). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards.

Repeat Ordering

If you repeat an order instead of completing a new medical questionnaire you confirm that:

  • Your health has not changed since the last order.
  • You have not started any new medications.
  • You are not under investigation for an undiagnosed medical condition.

If any of these apply you must complete a new medical questionnaire.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription you commit to recurring monthly payments. The first recurring payment will be taken one week before the scheduled delivery to ensure you receive treatment in time.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • Once dispatched, prescription orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Payments are processed automatically via recurring card payments.
  • Card details are stored securely by Opayo, not by Menschem.
  • If payment fails you will be asked to update your card details before further orders are dispatched.
  • Subscriptions may be repeated a maximum of 12 times after the first supply.

Refunds and Returns

  • If our prescriber cannot prescribe the requested medication you will receive a full refund within 3-5 working days.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once dispatched.
  • Medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • If there is an error with your order please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days using your selected delivery option. Delivery usually arrives the next working day but may take up to 3 working days after dispatch.

We prefer to send medicines to your registered home address. Alternative delivery addresses can be used but a home address must still be provided for ID verification.

Responsibility

We take great care to ensure medicines are prescribed and supplied safely. However we cannot accept responsibility where patients provide inaccurate or dishonest information in medical questionnaires. We do not have access to NHS medical records as the NHS does not share them with private healthcare providers.

Marketing Claims

ED Treatments From 90p Per Tablet

Pricing is based on Sildenafil 50mg (non-prescription) purchased in a quantity of 64 tablets with a 10% voucher code such as MEN10 or TV10 applied. Prescription treatments may be cheaper but MHRA regulations prohibit advertising prescription-only medicines.
