Delivery information
Menschem aims to dispatch orders quickly and discreetly so you can receive your treatment as soon as possible. Please read the delivery information below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00pm will usually be dispatched on the same working day, provided the order has been approved by one of our prescribing clinicians.
All orders must first be reviewed by our prescriber to ensure the requested treatment is suitable for you. Once approved, the medication will be dispensed and prepared for dispatch from our registered pharmacy.
Delivery Options
We send all orders using Royal Mail tracked delivery services so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days
Cost: FREE -
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery time: 1 working day
Cost: £1.99
All orders are automatically eligible for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. If you would prefer a faster service, you can upgrade to Tracked 24 during checkout.
Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only and neither service is guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel and see when delivery is expected.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders internationally.
Delivery Address and Billing Address
Your order can be delivered to any UK address, such as your workplace or an alternative delivery location if that is more convenient.
However, your billing address must be your home address. This is required so we can carry out identity verification checks as part of our pharmacy regulatory obligations.
If we are unable to verify your identity or address, we may request additional documentation before your order can be processed.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with no indication of the contents or the nature of the products inside. Your privacy is important to us, and we ensure that packaging remains plain and confidential.
Bank Holidays and Weekends
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
