At Menschem we aim to provide a safe, reliable and professional pharmacy service.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and healthcare products, our returns and
refunds policy differs from standard retail stores. Please read the information below
carefully before placing an order.
Can medicines be returned?
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines cannot be returned once they have
been dispatched.
Pharmacies are legally prohibited from accepting returned medication because once a
medicine has left the pharmacy we cannot guarantee that it has been stored safely,
handled correctly or kept within the appropriate temperature conditions. Even if a
product appears sealed and unused, we are unable to verify its integrity.
Allowing medicines to be returned and resold could pose a risk to patient safety.
For this reason, returned medications must be destroyed and cannot be re-issued to
other patients.
This policy helps ensure that all medicines supplied by Menschem.co.uk remain safe,
effective and compliant with pharmacy regulations.
When can I receive a refund?
You will receive a full refund if our prescribing clinician determines that the
treatment you requested is not suitable for you following review of
your medical consultation.
Your safety is our priority. If the prescriber believes the treatment is not
appropriate based on your medical information, the order will be cancelled and
the payment refunded.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Although we take great care when dispensing medications, mistakes can occasionally
occur. If you believe you have received the wrong medication, strength,
quantity or product, please follow the steps below immediately:
- Do not use the medication.
- Keep the packaging and contents exactly as received.
- Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Our pharmacy team will investigate the issue and provide instructions on the next
steps. If an error has occurred, we will work quickly to correct the issue and
ensure you receive the correct medication.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with during delivery,
please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier and resolve
the issue as quickly as possible.
Please do not dispose of the packaging or medication until our team has advised
you on the next steps.
Prescription medication safety
All prescription medicines supplied by Menschem are reviewed and authorised
by qualified prescribing clinicians. Once prescribed and dispensed, medicines are
prepared specifically for the individual patient who completed the medical
consultation.
Because of this personalised prescribing process, prescription medications cannot
be returned or reused once they have been supplied.
