What is Menschem?
Menschem is a UK-based online pharmacy dedicated to men’s health. We provide regulated prescription treatments for conditions such as erectile dysfunction, hair loss, premature ejaculation and smoking cessation. All consultations are reviewed by qualified UK prescribers, and treatments are dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy.
Do I need a prescription?
Most treatments we supply are prescription-only medicines. Instead of visiting a GP in person, you’ll complete a secure online medical assessment. A UK prescriber reviews your consultation and, if clinically suitable, issues a prescription for your treatment, ready for our registered pharmacy to dispense and send straight to your door.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Consultations are typically reviewed the same day during working hours. Once approved, orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, unless the prescriber requires further information. We offer a range of delivery options at checkout, allowing you to choose the service that suits you.
Will my GP be notified?
We do not routinely inform your GP about your consultation or treatment. If you would like us to notify your GP, you can request this during your consultation.
We do encourage patients to keep their GP informed about any treatment they are taking. A summary slip is included with your delivery, which you can share with your GP if you wish.
